Embarking on his hospitality journey two decades ago, Kevin’s career blossomed in hotel restaurants across Vail, Colorado, and San Diego, California, where he held esteemed senior-level positions. Throughout his dynamic career, Kevin has played instrumental roles in the successful launch of 12 restaurants and 3 hotels, showcasing his knack for conceptualization and execution in the competitive hospitality landscape.

With an entrepreneurial spirit driving his endeavors, Kevin has also ventured into restaurant ownership, notably with Tennyson St BBQ in Denver, CO, and High 5 in Steamboat Springs, CO. These ventures not only underscore Kevin’s culinary prowess but also his business acumen and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
